1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Saluni Fashion website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We take care to describe and photograph every item accurately, but colours can vary slightly between screens, and measurements on garments may differ by a small tolerance.

• Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice.
• Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you have ordered it, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a refund.
• If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and send you an order confirmation with your order number. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, the billing or delivery details are incomplete, or we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

Please check your name, address and phone number carefully at checkout. Orders that have already been handed to the courier cannot be redirected by us.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods offered at checkout, which currently include cash on delivery, card payment (Visa, Mastercard and Amex) and Koko instalments.

• Cash on delivery: the full amount, including delivery, is paid to the courier when your parcel arrives.
• Card and instalment payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store your card details on our servers.
• Your order is only processed once payment is authorised, or, for cash on delivery, once we have confirmed the order with you.

5. Delivery

We deliver island wide across Sri Lanka through our courier partners. Delivery is generally 2 to 5 working days from confirmation, and may take longer for remote areas, during sale periods, or around public holidays.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Where a free-delivery offer is running, the qualifying order value is shown on the site and applied automatically.

You can follow your parcel at any time from the Track Your Order page using your order number.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are not available on online orders. Items are picked, packed and dispatched island wide as soon as an order is confirmed, so we are unable to offer an exchange on anything bought through this website.

We do understand that genuine problems happen. If your item arrived damaged or faulty, if it is not the item you ordered, or if there is another reasonable circumstance, please contact our sales team on 077 409 5909 / 070 709 5909 or at salunivishara123@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel, quoting your order number and attaching photographs of the item. Each case is reviewed individually, and where the matter is reasonable we will do our best to put it right.

• Items raised with us must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Innerwear, cosmetics and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene and clearance reasons.
• The decision made by our sales team on a reported case is final.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order by contacting us before it has been handed to the courier. Once a parcel has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. Where a paid order is cancelled by us, the amount is refunded through the original payment method.

8. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the site or to place fraudulent orders.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or the data of other shoppers.
• Do not copy, scrape, or republish our product images, descriptions or other content without written permission.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Saluni Fashion name and logo, product photography, text and layout, belongs to Saluni Fashion or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use only.

11. Liability

We provide the site and its content on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
